Could this be a Lata song, instead of Hemant Kumar?
I checked Dattaram threads. They list the singer as Lata Mangeshkar.

The song in the voice of Hemant is much popular.
Now my hope is on radio shrilanka.I doubt any HF member have it in his collection Waiting on Aapki Pasand program or bhoole bisare geet of vividh bharati.From these channels I have recorded many rare songs during last 20 days.
