You are right ..these not by ATTA ULLAH ....sorry
I have downloaded these few songs from one torrent and don't know anything about the singer .

Can You tell me if these songs are originally sung by ATTA ULLAH KHAN and interpreted by SHAHID ALI KHAN ?

These songs have not been sung by Atta Ullah Khan. These songs however, have been highly inspired by Atta Ullah Khan songs.

For eg:

Main Duniya Teri Chhod Chala Jara Surat To Dikhla Jana- Shahid Ali Khan is a copy of :

Ral Mil Ke Khoob Wigariye by Atta Ullah Khan
