This is one of the first songs i heard of Talat and it stole me. The simple yet profound lyrics, the velvety voice of Talat and melody of Lata ....added to Sunil Dutt and Asha parekh's emoting....made this memorable song. I saw Salil Da reveal in an interview that he was inspired by Mozart and took a tune from him. I dont mind at all...as he made us aware of the beauty of music...Hope you would enjoy this ..

This is not a typical Talat' song but one of my favourite. this features the maestro himself with Nutan..hope you all will like this too...

 In fact I had been searching the video of Sone Ki Chidiya for a couple of years..And the first song of Talatji you uploaded is my all time favourite. Actually the music was adopted from the Mozart's Symphony No. 40. It is a perfect blend of western and Indian flavour made by the Great Salil Chowdhury.
