Great to see a keen MM fan.
While I did have most of them, there's one MM song that I've been looking for a long time, most probably scored by him for Anpadh:
"Sikandar Ne Porus Se Kari Thi Ladai, To Main Kya Karoon;
Jo Kaurav Ne Pandav Se Kari Hathapai, To Main Kya Karoon!"
We used to sing it in the History classes as school-kids; would be great if someone could u/l it.

I dont deserve the Thx as I am not really a MM fan, nor a Lata fan as such but I u/l anything I have as I feel that someone might treasure these collections....as I would if it was anything regarding Geeta Dutt, Hemant Kumar, Talat Mahmood, Guru Dutt, Meena Kumari or Suchitra Sen.....

We are all Fans!!!!

Just type in the name of the song and the site will provide all the info they have about it, e.g. name of film, singers, music-director/s, lyricist, year of film, and in some cases also the lyrics.

This is also being posted for the benefit of our other members.

July 14th was the 30th anniversary of Madan Mohan's passing away

In loving memory of his genius and for the listening pleasure of all his fans here - i am uploading one of his rare .... and one of my most favourite, tunes

NAINON MEIN PYAR DOLE from the film Sheroo ( 1957 ) - lyrics by Kaif Irfani

I love the rhythm and the lilt of this song and it's so well orchestrated too - pity, as usual, ( like many films of MM ) the movie was a flop ... but what a treasure lies in this flop movie ! Who knows what the story of the movie was ... but the song will live forever.
