here are all the four songs composed by anil biswas for girls school.the other five songs were composed by c ramchandra;lyricist was pradeepji.
here are the details-
1]-baar baar tum soch rahi ho-lata,shankar dasgupta-128kbps/3.24,
2]-kuchh sharmate huye..naye raste pe-lata-128kbps/3.03,
3]-tumhi kaho mera man kyon rahe-lata-128kbps/3.06,
4]-phoolon ka sapna dekhnewale-shamshad,manna dey-56kbps/3.19[will remove if administrators object],


a request for c ramchandra composed songs from this film.

Kuch Sharmate Hue is obviously a well-acknowledged classic of its period. I think Phoolon Ka Sapna is the earliest Manna Dey song I've heard and its a beautiful duet. Its also interesting to hear Shamshad sing an Anil Biswas dhun.

He gave an interview a few years before his death where he said that todays singers are much more talented. In his time, they had to make do with singers like Shamshad! I personally don't agree with his praise for todays singers or criticism of Shamshad Begum. But then he doesn't seem to have been a big Rafi fan either - go figure!

faraaj bhai,
you are most welcome.shamshad begum sang for him in bhookh,naiya,girl's school,veena,arzoo amongst 2-3 other films.i think his comment was about leela chitnis[not shamshad] whom he was made to sing in char aankhein.
