I'm unable to post new topic in "RAAG RANG" forum!!!!
I'm getting the following message:

Method Not Implemented
POST to /index.php not supported.


Apache/2.2.8 (EL) Server at www.hamaraforums.com Port 80

That is not with raag rang forum but the text that you have. I too have noticed this. Try posting simple text, a word may be for testing purpose.
I am not sure which text or character causes this but I have seen this happen to me too.
