Khilaaf (pls Help!), Background Music Options

Ok, I've got a tough question and this is the only place where i will be able to get an answer so please do help me out.I my question is that, im looking for the background music that plays in the background of the whole movie Khilaaf (1990), i absolutely love it! throughout the movie i thought it would come up in a song but didnt. so does anybody know if this piece of music was used for any other film or where i can get a hold of just the music so i put has my ring tone or something.
