Mitti se khlete ho makes a wonderful philosophical song.
It qualifies to be a quality sad song also. rolleyes.gif

Can't comment on Vedpal's parichay.
Probably another die-hard fan of Lata Aditya Pant/Sani Thakur
may shed some light on aspects of Jalke dil khaak hua

Joy, sorrow, tears, lamentation, laughter — to all these music gives voice, but in such a way that we are transported from the world of unrest to a world of peace, and see reality in a new way, as if we were sitting by a mountain lake and contemplating hills and woods and clouds in the tranquil and fathomless water.

- Albert Schweitzer

Without music life would be a mistake
- Friedrich Nietzsche
