Is there any free equlizer software available on net
through which one can adjust the bass, trebl and
reduce the humming??

that simple equlizer is even available in windows media player too
but i want a specifice graphic equlizer..with maximum levels..
which could be integrated with any player like winamp, w m p, jet audio etc

I doubt your computer could handle that kind of real time processing
from a third party plug-in. Plus I doubt any player would allow that kind
of plugin do begin with.
Your best bet is to use program like audacity and de-normalize the audio
file and re-encode.
mp3gain is also a possibility but you would be de-normalizing the file.

Thats from iTunes.
It is free from http://www.apple.com/itunes
only caveat is that some people
complain about performance issue with it
when using in Windows with large mp3 collection.
I use mac so I don't have a problem
but that kind of equalizer should be available in
your software as well.
itunes even allows equalizer preset per audio file.
