Sahi kaha Chintu bhai. download karne mein kaya sharam. ( yeh konsa video hai ).

music fan ke liye music acha hona chahiye. lyrics music fan ke liye baad mein ata hai. like for eg.

khalnayak ke gaane ka starting music bada mast hai. khaskar " been" aur dholak(??) ke combo. Been wali tune kaafi achi hai. LP ne aksar kaafi achi tunes ko interludes mien use kara hai.

Later on I will share one such song. that song is also from early 90s. but the tune used is very good.

Sach ye hai ki is gaane ki charcha bhi nahi hoti agar is ka lyrics is kadar badmash na hota. Iske video me koi badmashi nahin hai.Music agar vocal hai to lyrics ko darkinar nahin kiya ja sakata.

Aise song sirf producer apni jeben bharne ke liye likhwaate hai, in se na MD ki saan me kuchh joodta hai, na hi Lyricist ke, na hi Singer ke. Jahan tak mai samajhta hoon, Chintu ji ka maqsad sirf ek dhamaka karke logon ka dhyan Alka ke songs ki tarf khichne ka tha jisme wo puri tarah kamyab rahe.Ab agar kar saken to kuch aisa upload kijiye jo Alka ki saan me kuchh aur jodta ho. Ummid hai aapki taraf se hamen kuch behater milega.

Maqsad dhyan kheenchna to tha tha hi, uske alawa bhi bahut si baatein hain.

Alka Yagnik is yet to be recognized by fans here.

Should I remind all of you that she has been praised by Mangeshkar sisters number
of times. Almost all MDs have given her good songs to sing.

Example is above only-Gali mein aaj chand nikla...............

I could have started the thread with another solo from the
same film(Khalnayak): Palki mein hoke sawar chali re, which is one of
my fav solos.

She appeared on HFM scene much earlier. Sorry to note that there is no place for her

Anavjay ji aapki kuch baaton se agree karta hoon.

Mera kehne ka matlab tha ki agar hum music fan hai to lyrics ko ignore kar sakte hain. aapko ek bilkul opposite example deta hoon.

KA ka ek bada hai zabardast song hai " meri pyari behaniya banegi duhaniya". kaafi acha song hai. lyrics bhi ache hai. magar main isko music ke liye sunta hoon. I do miss my sister but I listen song just because of its brilliant flute/ shehnai( or saxoph???). The tune is just too good. and notice the way its played in the last. bahut zabardast tune hai wo. !!

Kuch gaane bilkul tullu pump hote hai magar kabhi kabhi interludes etc mein kuch acha sunne ko mil jaata hai.

Alka meri fav singer mein se hai. Choli songs se uske verstality ke pata chalta hai. Agar uski patli awaj suit na karti to saaf pata chal jaata. so dont think that this song doesnt suits Alka's talent/image. If required she shd try all sort of songs - Sufi, qawwali , Bhajans , cabray( cabaret), classical etc.

Iam posting one interlude clip from a LP movie. Song is good but this song was "least popular song " of this movie at that time. I liked that song for one more reason good interlude tune.

acha ab second clip ki baari yeh song iss film ka sabse popular song tha

music LP ka aur Alka bhi hai iss song mein . yeh duet hai.

chek the excellent been type instrument used and the flute. The flute used in this clip is same one which LP has used since 60s ( hope not the electronic version of same fllute). Infact LP's music always had more Indian touch( insturmnts) in it.

check the clip. and telll me did you liked this interlude clip. and if you can guess the sng it will be great.

I rest my case. The smiley's are self-explanatory.

Compared with Ila Arun, Alka does sound sweeter than any spring koyal!

Sure she dominates everyone, that's why I used the term jaded, unlike her inspiration Lata ji, whose voice still retains a dew like freshness and beauty despite her long innings.

What case.!! Your criticism is not objective. My opinion.

First no one can be like Lata or Asha or Rafi or Mukesh or Kiskore.

Alka Yagnik is an accomplihsed singer in her own right and was next best thing to Mangeshkar sisters for

a long time before the new generation of singers came along. Weather you like her as a singer is matter

of prefrence but she still producing hits competing with younger singers.

Pehla song tha " lekin sach hai mahobat badi hai " from narshimha. Its strightway copied from SJ's Ashiq song !


aur dusra tha " jao tum chaahe jahan " agian a song of Alka and amit kumar. with few nice interludes.

This movie also had one alka duet with Music director laxmikant. one of the few songs that laxmikanat sang . cant recall the mukhda ~
