At Roaths Lake

A 30 Acre lake is a part of Cardiff's most popular park. It was formed by the damming of the NANT FAWR stream. Roaths park, retains a classic atmosphere, has been awarded the prestigious green flag award.

Toronto, Niagara

Could not go on the Maid of the Mist - the boat rides were not functional due to the torrential rains those days

These are the pics of the "Journey behind the falls" - taking an elevator 150 feet down into the tunnel that takes brings you right behind the falls

C N Towers - the world's tallest building for 31 years.

The glass floor made from tempered glass is said to withstand the weight of 9 (or more?) hippos. Freaked me out totally - was petrified to step on the floor! And my little nieces kept jumping and stomping over the glass like as if it were a cushion! I finally did step on the floor...

Tried to get a view of the roads 1100 feet down..

Bhavita

You've posted some lovely pics in the past 24 hours! I can't decide which I like most...you should see regional New South Wales. It also has several stunning sites which are basically a comfortable daytrip from Sydney...

smile1.gif there is so much to see that I wonder if one lifetime would be enough ;-)

I flew into Sydney just for a day when visiting Melbourne.. that was way back in 2002 and the only time i had was to see the Opera house...I promised myself i would visit Oz sometime again definitely!

While I love Sydney (I live there as a lifestyle choice), I would honestly say that the best thing about it is the daytrips one can take out of Sydney, whether going North, South or West. East would lead you into the Ocean!!! I've travelled a lot in Europe, Middle East etc. and rural NSW is up there with the best..... I would post pics to show you but don't know how to make the size small....

Would love to see the pics - am sure they would be out of the world.

Sureshji and Yogeshji have suggested the below simple program that will help. It was quite simple resizing pics ;-)

It is very simple. You could check this link out

Me any my son catching a photo-op on Middle Harbour. The back-drop is the Eastern suburbs.

If you ignore the old man in the middle, the backdrop is admittedly the windiest but also the most scenic golf course in the world. The setting is The Heads golf course which overlooks the ocean as well as the posh Northern Suburbs.

My son (a few years ago) playing near the Hyde Park fountain. St. Patrick's Cathedral in the background is Australian's most famous church and hosted the Pope earlier this year.

The Rocks - the oldest part of Sydney which originally housed the convicts. I wouldn't mind being incarcerated there!!!
