Shaan singing for a Hollywood film!

This is indeed a very big leap in the career of the super singer Shaan. After proving his front with varied antics in Bollywood play backing and also for many musical albums, Shaan is heading westward! He has lent his voice for a music video specially shot for the Hollywood film ‘The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe’. It is a very great achievement to be roped in a Hollywood project to sing. Also this is for the first time in India that a singer has lent his voice for a soundtrack of a Hollywood film.

He will render the song and will also feature in the music video, combined with the clips from the film. The dotted track is ‘Shuruaat’ from his album ‘Tishnagi’. The song will be put in the music video to promote the film. Shaan is very eager with the whole proceedings and feels that it is a great start for him. He also feels very honored to be a part of the project.

The song is tuned such that it’ll appeal of people of all ages and race. So as the song has a universal appeal, it fits the bill perfectly. Telling more about the music video he says, “We will be recreating the set as per the film with pine trees, statues of frozen soldiers, et al. I will be wearing a beige trench coat with a little fur collar, dark green pull over, corduroy pants matching the T-shirt as well as accessories like ring, pendant, etc."

This is for the Indian release of Narnia.....Tishnagi is a nice album, I enjoyed it.

I am sorry!! Bu he is one of the most boring singer ever!! He may have sung few good songs but overall he 3 out of 10. His latest song for the Hollywood provokes only one emotion..Yuuk!! Just my opnion!!

Sigh Ek zamane I used to record every thing that would be showed on TV with relation to my fav singers.. thanks to my good ol' tv tuner card.. lekin ab woh na raha aur main rahegayi akeli akeli

i dont know much more about his other songs , but he sang a song from guru in that "dil vil piar miar" movie that he really killed the song....i think it was the song from padosan "mere samne wali"......after hearring that song from shaan, i was like why they do such a big damage to guru's creations? if you wanna copy someone, try to sing it at least at his level, or better otherwise dont sing somebody elses song if you cannot sing as good as the original...
