Aditya Nisar Bazmi = Shaukat Haideri = Nashaad all one and the same (I believe Shaukat Dehlivi also) . One of his tune sung by Mehdi Hassan is actually based on Naushad's composition (Mohe Panghat Pe Nandlal Chhed Gayo Re). The Mughal - e - Azam song was actually based on a thhumri sung by Indubala and recorded in 1932, Mohe Panghat Pe Nandlal Gher Liyo Re. The thhumri had the same tune for the mukhda as the Mughal - e - Azam song but the antaras were different. Pradeep |
