Downloaded and extracted both. No problems! closedeyes.gif

Akhtar, I had the same experience with "Meethi Meethi Baaton Se" I'd downloaded in the LM forum. But I downloaded it again and the file extracted fine. Hope that works for you with the above two files.

A rather 'stylish', western-style rendering by Rafi-sahab, quite different from his ghazal, bhajan, etc. style!

A "made for" Geeta Dutt or Asha Bhosle kind of duet, but sung by Lata-ji.

The quality of an interview depends on the knowledge and imagination of the interviewer, irrespective of the greatness of the subject being interviewed.

If the anecdote is indeed true, when an interviewer started with questions such as "Where were your born?", "How did you acquire your taaleem", etc., Lata Mangeshkar point-blank told him that she'd expected he would have done his homework before the interview!

Similarly, we've seen a few months ago the uploaded video interview with Asha Bhosle, conducted by an inept TV person.

This extract of an interview with Rafi-sahab reveals no new information, thanks to the mundane questions put to him. The only unique feature is the sparkling humour Rafi-sahab brings into his response to the last question!

Yes, Chetan. When Shahrukh requested this song and I looked it up, I thought it may be from the old "Akhri Dao". But once I heard it again, realized it had to be from a later movie.

I suspect this is the very interview which was recorded by DoorDarshan and broadcasted on TV, about which I had mentioned earlier. Any info Unni ji?
