Meena Kapoor is a singer who sang in the 40s and 50s.
She was married to the composer Anil Biswas and was a good friend of Geeta Dutt.
Her sons Amar and Utpal Biswas gave music direction as Amar-Utpal team for movies like Shahenshah and Aaja meri jaan.

I have been looking for some songs of hers on the net.

The site from which i downloaded it mentions that she is the singer. I have not been able to confirm the information.
Could this be a cover version (if it is her singing) ? Seniors can tell better.

meenaji doesn't have any child.
utpal and shikha are anil biswas and ashalata biswas's children.not sure about amar.
ashalata biswas was anil biswas's first wife.her real name was mehrunissa.
