Hi ppl,
I have always wanted to collect ALL duets in ALL possible languages of Lata-Asha.

Thanks for the extended list.

I already mentioned song #35 as song #2 (from film Aaina). So, edit Ur post (only u can edit ur own posts) and I guess U can remove #35. And as soon as U get the film name for #28 & #33, edit ur posts accordingly.

This is a wonderful list (and I notice that U wrote the same list in the Asha section as 'Asha-Lata'...pretty clever..but I guess U know that Lata comes firstttttttttt).

Back to buisness..are there more duets of the legedary sisters ??? Do U have any idea how many duets they have sung ??? And Ur list is just the Hindi ones. I am sure there are lots of Marathi duets of Lata-Asha. I do not know of any Bengali duets though.

Expecting more light to be thrown on this matter.

i can recollect that Priya had posted scanned pages from Swarasha few months ago. we should request her to do it again.

in Swarasha, VN has listed more than 100 duets (around 150) by the sisters. but in Lata-Gandhar, he lists only 74.

right..infact usha mangeshkar too sang for that film...
asha and lata were also supposed to sing for kshatriya's song dil na kisi per aaye..but later lata and kavita sang the song
