Mooga Manasulu (1964) - A Telugu Film
This hit Telugu film was the basis of the Hindi hit "Milan (1967)". The Telugu film, though it was shot in Balck & White, was exquisitely photographed on the shores of the great Godavari river. Adding to this breathtakingly scenic beauty were the beautiful portrayals by the leading pair Savitri & Nageshwara Rao and some inspired music by Mahadevan, all of this culminated into making of a classic. I am uploading these songs in two back-to-back posts. Here is a description of the songs in the first post and the songs themselves ... Attached image(s)

(Vyjayanti) Dr. Vidya (1962)
Here is a beautiful album with so many melodious songs. Here one can see why Burmanda was the one to beat when it came to melodious tunes. There are innumerable songs in this album to justify such a claim. The top song of the album is "Pawan Diwani". It is such a lovely composition sung with a sweet voice by Lata. Vyjayanti Mala was dazzling with her dance performance matching the brilliance of the music composer, lyricist, and singer. She was absolutely fabulous with her fluid motions of dancing skills and expressions. So beatifully graceful ... I am uploading songs from this album in two back-to-back posts. (Waheeda) Darpan (1970)
This film was directed by Adurti Subba Rao of "Milan (1967)" fame. What that means is that this movie also in all probability made from a Telugu film. If it is so I have no clue. May be someone can throw light on this. The same team of LP & Anand Bakshi who worked for "Milan" are back here in this movie for Rao. There are some pretty good songs in this album. I am uploading them in two back-to-back posts. Now for a description of the songs in the first post and the songs themselves ... Attached image(s)
