Hi Every one
I am suggesting a change in a practice followed by the person or persons who authorize uploading of songs. Today I tried to download songs composed by Shyam Sunder from Nai Kahani (1943) but instead of allowing the download I was told 'some files are missing'. I think posting the attachment name without the song or information is really unnecessary. Why post an attachment for some song that is not available or not cleared by the person authorizing downloads ? Why not wait to post the attachment when the song is available or cleared for download? Sometimes I find the above practice to be kind of cruel. I may , I think, have found a song that I have been looking literally 'for ages'. I see the attachment and try to download it only to run into this unnecessary (to me) and irritating road block. I understand we all have to 'follow the rules' but if a rule is irritatingly counterproductive it should be scrutinized and modified. Thanks for your time. Thanks for your input. More than a month ago I purchased a new external hard drive and have been mostly using it for downloads.Switching between drives is cumbersome and. I tried using a Y type connector on the port but it did not work too well. Chances are good that I may have those songs on the older hard drive. I will look for those songs there. Being human I guess some times I cannot see the broader perspective and try to make suggestions which may not always be practical. I guess this one might fall in that category.
