it's the best quality i can get these songs of Kankan de ohle...........sounds ok

Though i'm not boasting i think the sohni mahiwal one is an added bonus.

Someone in a video rental shop recommended me a few film of rare punjabi songs of Rafi, luckily some of these titles were available

Fantastic uploads Ant Bhai, keep up the great work!

A side point; with Punjabi being the mother toungue of Rafi Saab I think there must be so many more Punjabi songs of Rafi Saab to be discovered and collected. When I purchased the Saleem-ul-Haq book from Dhiren Bhai and saw only a few listed, I was well cheezed, especially as it claimed to be a comprehensive list of Rafi's songs; what a cheek! Even I've got more Punjabi songs than that list covered and I only started collecting these recently.

I hear a part two of the book is due soon..... I simply can't wait!

Rafi has sang alot of punjabi songs
some of them are even harder to find than his rare hindi ones
I know a sardaar about 50 years old.....................he claims to have quite a few rare tunes in punjabi of Rafi
when i see him again possibly in a few weeks time i will find out which ones he got
hopefully i can get my hands on them

Jay is the song only this much? it seems to end so abruptly. cry.gif Lovely number. I guess this tune is a traditional Punjabi one--have been hearing several versions of it in the last month or so. Thanks so much for the song. Wish there was more!!!!
