Yes, Marcilo and Faraaj, the whole country of Norway is beautiful. I liked the winding roads, very pedestrian friendly place, the mountains, the fjords, the tunnels and the greenery. People are very helpful and it made our driving a lot easier. The villages are very clean and safe. We were there for 8 days and saw only few places. Hope to go back to Norway sometime soon.

Lakshmi I've seen most of Ingmar Bergman's films (made and generally set in Sweden) and I can almost catch a glimpse of that Sweden in some of your pics of Norway. For example, this wooden shed from Laerdal, Norway reminds me of his color film Skammen - I can't logically explain why. Some village pics of Karnataka. Recently, I was in Bangalore and decided to visit Ramnagara where some scenes from sholey movie were shot. I didn't have time to see the exact location but went to a village close to it. The people were very nice and and cheerful. Took some shots.
