Sachaa Jhutha (1970)

Rajesh plays a double role in this movie which is another formulaic film from Manmohan Desai. It indeed was a hit, thanks to Rajesh's wave during this time. It also boasts some nice songs.

Safar (1970)

Here is a beautiful musical album from Kalyanji & Anandji. There are only a few songs but some of them have attained classic status. Both solos of Kishoreda, Manna's mesmerizing solo, and Mukesh's romantic song all are still very popular. I have two very favorites of mine from this album, Maana's "Nadiya Chale Chale Re" and Kishoreda's beautifully written and equally beautifully sung "Jeevan Se Bhari".

Devar Films who made their name with series of films dealing with the importance of animals made this film. It became a hit as everything Rajesh touched during these years was going his way.
