Afaik, KKA did not compose for Lata.
I think Nashad composed for all four of them.

Nisar Bazmi = Shaukat Haideri = Nashaad all one and the same (I believe Shaukat Dehlivi also) . One of his tune sung by Mehdi Hassan is actually based on Naushad's composition (Mohe Panghat Pe Nandlal Chhed Gayo Re).

The file appear to need DC bias adjutment.
The singer of this song is Shamshad Begum.
IIRC, Mahesh[ks] played a much better recording
on HF radio.
