Kamla Jharia [Kamla Singhe of Jharia]
Music Composer was Prof Zameeruddin,
who was Kamla's music teacher as well.
A muslim devotional song [na't] released
in 1932.

Its definitely Rooh e Zebaa, not Rukh.

I've heard the expression "Kamli Waale" in other naats as well e.g. a naat singing aye kamli waale shah e madina. What does kamli waale mean?

roo and rukh have the same meanings... chehra, mukhdaa
zebaa..... bhalaa/ khoobsoorat

It is definitely not 'rooh'.
