Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) I don't have any details or songs of this Shammi Kapoor starrer. I am inviting the Forum members to help upload songs from this movie. Many many thanks. Here it is: Film - Shaheed Bhagat Singh 1963 MD - Husnlal Bhagatram Lyricist(s) - Qamar Jalalabadi & Gyan Chand Dhawan Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Ae Maa Meri Yaadon Ko - Mohd.Rafi Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Chad Ke Sooli (part i) - Purshottam Das Jalota Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Chad Ke Sooli (part ii) - Purshottam Das Jalota Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Chad Ke Sooli (part iii) - Purshottam Das Jalota Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Hain Abhi Aur Ae Dil Tere Imtehaan - Mohd.Rafi & Chorus Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Mera Rang De Basanti Chola - Mohd.Rafi & Chorus Shaheed Bhagat Singh (1963) - Sarfaroshi Ki Tamanna - Mohd.Rafi & Chorus Enjoy! My sincere thanks, Anupama Ji, for the two Rafi songs that I didn't have earlier: 1. Hai Abhi Aur Ae Dil Tere Imtehan and 2. Mera Rang De Basanti Chola. I simply loved the moving first one, "Hai Abhi Aur Ae Dil Tere Imtehan". Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!

Janwar (1965)
Here is another Shammi starrer with the music of Shankar & Jaikishan. Again, all the songs were very popular when the movie was released. Especially, all three solos by Rafi Saab are excellent. There is also a song ("Dekho Ab To") as a tribute to Beatles who visited India when this movie was in production. I am also uploading several extended versions of these songs. The original songs are from CD whereas the extended versions are from DVD. Here are details of the regular version songs ... Attached image(s) |

I do not remember when exactly, but when I first d/led some of the Rafi songs from Shaheed Bhagat Singh-1963 and heard them, I immediately posted that these songs did not appear to be of 1963. The obvious reason: The voice of Rafi Saab in those songs belonged to the mid/late fifties. The other supporting reason: HB were not much in business in 1963. Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!
