I have been listening to songs of Geeta ji for more than 20 years, songs in many languages, solos and duets, song from the late forties to songs from the early seventies! Each and every time as a listener I have been enthralled in the magic in her voice. Thanks for this rare song.

I did a little research on IMDB, and this is the entry I found.

It says its a film made in the year 1963 in Pakistan. IMDB or any other source on the net does not indicate any existance of a Hindi film made in India by the same name. AFAIK, it would be highly unlikely that Geeta ji sang this song in 1963.

So:
1) Is this song sung by Nahid Niazi (whose voice is very similar to that of Geeta ji)?
2) Is there another Hindi film by the same name?

Need information from the knowledgable members.

To make things a bit more interesting, here's the listing for the Pakistani movie (the second from last movie on the page linked). All the songs from that film seem to have been in Punjabi, so this one seems to be kind of a misfit there. smile.gif

the link you have given is pointing out the palistani film tees maar khan...1963 and also details are given ot the movie.....
as far as the indian film tees maar khan conceren, dr. mahesh sagar has given you the details....
and the song i uploaded is from the indian film tees maar khan....
