I don't know if it was dubbed. But, if you would like to see a scene from the movie (a cat fight between two actresses), it is available through search engines. From the short video clip it appears sort of like a B grade movie where language wouldn't be a big factor.
Let us wait for Erum sis and HT bhai's inputs.

Abhilasha, yes indeed is a malayalee actress (Sangeet bhai you got that right). UK has composed for a few Malayalam films. (source: Venu bhai). Moodal manju, Puthooram Puthri Unniyarcha. I am still trying to get more info on the UK composed Malayalam films. Moodal manju has Prem Nazir (Malayalam movie legend) and some songs are really lovely. wub.gif

Actress Abilasha - has the following movies to her credit -

Kamsin Haseena (1992) (Released)
Kanoon Apna Apna (October 27, 1989) (Released)
Khuli Khidki (1989) (Released)
Kachchi Kali ohmy.gif ohmy.gif (1987) (Released)

After seeing the movie name Kachchi Kali, I was more or less convinced that this movie could also be a dubbed Malayalam movie. Rita Bhaduri who is a star cast of this movie (Kamseen Hasina) has acted in few malayalam movies.
