And this last version is obviously saddish in tone and lasts for maybe 40 seconds. Do you or anyone else have that too? If so, please upload. This sad version is heart-rending! Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!

Have you all already covered the twins from Film:Duniya Na Maane---MD:Madan Mohan? 1.Tum Chal Rahe Ho, Ham Chal Rahe Hain, Magar Duniya Walon Ke Dil Jal-----Mukesh & Lata 2.Ham Chal Rahe Thhe, Woh Chhal Rahe Thhe----Mukesh Both, especially the first, are very nice songs! Venkat I have changed many views in life since my childhood, but not my view of Rafi Saab as the God-sent Gandharva who visited this Earth briefly to spread ultimate ecstasy among genuine music-lovers!

Some time back, I had read that due to differences in mood and tempo of Lata and Asha lines, Madan Mohan had recorded this song as two separate solos. Then, in the movie (I haven't seen it), they created a duet by alternating anataras from the two solos. Therefore, I reasoned that some old music fan in this forum might have the solo versions of the song in their collection. Hari Ram |
