it is a 1961 song.

the other one is simply beautiful song.. (opera house 1961, chitrgupt, majrooh s.)

1961 had no more special songs we could pick up for this thread.
but few that could have made it:

1) jiya ho jiya ho jiya kuchh bol do ( jab pyar kisise hota hai- s j)
2) nigahome tum ho, khayalome tum ho (jadoo nagari-s n tripathi)
3) chura ke dil ban rahe hain bhole (chhote nawab- rdb)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

for 1962 (adding to ur list)

1) pawan diwani (dr.vidya, sdb)
2) main to tum sang nain milake ( manmauji ,madam mohan)

I think, in 1962, Hariyali Aur Raasta was having good songs specially title song (Lata)..

Bol Meri Taqdeer Mein Kya Hai, Mere Humsafar Ab Tu Bataaa.

*IMO*, the year is irrelevant because the song should not be featuring in the list at all! It is one of the *very* few pre-1980 songs where our lady's voice is taxed beyond its limits. Let it RIP!
