Pradeep ji, Could we have a similar poll, just for us gals ? How many gals are there anyway on this forum ?{ It would be fun to know that ! } Here is a selection of songs by me, that just might fit the bill : "Tera Husn Rahe Mera Ishq Rahe" "Paas Baitho Tabiyat Bahal Jayegi" "Husn Waale Tera Jawab Nahin" {The same winning combination of Shakeel Badauni, Ravi and Rafi Saab at work here, like in "Chaudwin Ka Chaand Ho" ! And the dreamy we-pledge-our-love-to-each-other "Tere Mere Sapne Ab Ek Rang Hain" {It is certainly NOT a seductive song but i guess a bride would want her husband, to show some feeling of this sort on their first day of married life. Of course i have not disclosed my personal choice{that can wait for later !} SAJDAH "I live for those who love me, For those who know me true; For the heaven so blue above me, And the good that I can do." |

The three you picked, are my favourites too, especially the last one from 'Brahmachari'. I just love the 'Tu Bemisaal Hai' song. Regards, SAJDAH "I live for those who love me, For those who know me true; For the heaven so blue above me, And the good that I can do." |

1. YE SURKH JORA YE BADAN AUR YE TUMHARA BANKPAN... 2. ABHI TO RAAT BAQI HAI YE DHAL JAYE TO SO JANA... 3. YAAR MERE MERI BANHON MEIN AAJA... |

If your future husband is a Rafian then he can find out now at Hf what your personal choice is Or do you have other surprises left for us in this category? |

Rafi-saab to global hai, if not universal!!! Chupane ki koi sarurat nahin!!! Here's one more, but its a duet: "Tumhe Mein Agar Apna Saathi" from Shatranj, with Asha-ji. |

For me it has romance in it. But off course, we can't agree on everything don't you think??? |

Rafi Saab and Lata Mangeshkar duets had that 'special' something, that set them apart from others. Take this duet from the movie -- Heer Ranjha, composed by Madan mohan. ''Meri Duniya Mein Tum Aayi...Kya Kya Apne Saath Liye" The words penned by Kaifi Aazmi, perfectly matches the mood and the melody. NOTHING is wanting here, don't you think ? Good Morning to all of you.!!
tere naam ka diwaana, tere ghar ko dhoondhta hain jis nazar pe dil fida hain, uss nazar ko dhoondhta hain awaaz dil ki pehchaan le, main kaun hoon tu yeh jaan le iss raat ka sitaara, ek sahar ko dhoondhta hain jis nazar pe dil fida hain, uss nazar ko dhoondhta hain jaan-e-wafa o jaan-e-jigar, yeh zindaghi hain ik lamba safar iss safar mein ik musaafir, hamsafar ko dhoondhta hain jis nazar pe dil fida hain, uss nazar ko dhoondhta hain tere gulaloon ka rang-o-buu, mujhko chuppale aankhoon mein tuu dil dhadhak dhadhak kar dilbar ko dhoondhta hain jis nazar pe dil fida hain, uss nazar ko dhoondhta hain I'm sorry, don't know from which movie is this beautiful song of Mr. Mohd Rafi ... p.s; I shall be gratefull to get the lyrics of "Haseen dilruba" from Roop Tera Mastana.. Thank you |
