I've dug out my tape cover and it states the song is from the film Ghazal.........1948 according to my tag but nothing on the cover.............not sure how i got 1948 as the year

The tape was put away in the loft since early last year..........luckily it was in order and on the correct shelf marked Mohd Rafi..............I was actually doing a bit of tidying up in the loft and i knew i had the song on tape i needed to look at the cover to answer the on going queries........plus i was looking at some of my C90 tapes which i'm filing away plus the ones that still need to be converted to mp3
As for the songs the good news is i converted them to mp3 early last year.............the songs i did not clean so it will have all its original background hiss/noise

There is no film released in the late 40s with the name "Ghazal". My mule agrees with Dharmvir and Mohd on the "Is Dil Se " song.
